We offer one exchange if you aren’t satisfied with the pickup you ordered, and one expedited rewinding service if you order a fully custom multiscale pickup and it doesn’t suit your needs. We will warranty our pickups from manufacturing defects, excess noise, and general workmanship for 2 years from the date the pickup ships. We stand behind our product and are more than happy to assist the customer any way that we can.
