Going to be working on the next YouTube video this weekend too, this time a Frankenstein Ibanez S series 7 string. Guitar is really cool, but it feels like some of the parts aren't playing right together, makes it feel kind of stiff and lifeless. We'll see if I can pump some life into it.

Been working on my Voron 2.4 350mm again, I wasn't

Been working on my Voron 2.4 350mm again, I wasn't happy with the Stealthchanger docks I've used, so decided to modify them so they work better.

Original dock used gravity alone to hold the toolheads, which could result in dropped tools. I redesigned them before to use an almost French clear style setup, and it worked okay but pickup and dropoff weren't always reliable. I decided to use bolts to hold the toolheads instead, so modified that onto the dock and added cutouts on the front of the toolhead, and this was the ticket. The bolts help guide the toolhead onto the carriage so missed pickups should be eliminated, and they ensure the tool is in the same exact position every time, thanks to some neodymium magnets I embedded in the front cover of the toolhead. Check out the video in the third frame.

First up, we've got an @ormsbyguitars optimized Hellfire set. This set features black bobbins, gold hex poles, triple ceramic bridge, and A5 neck.

The second image is a Trident II bridge pickup with white bobbins, nickel hex poles, and ceramic bar magnet.

I've got a bunch of orders on the bench right now, busting my ass over here to get everyone sorted. Get at me if you're considering something, I can definitely help tune the recommendation to what you're looking for tonally.

Got a whole bunch of orders on the go right now, but here's some fun ones, both featuring one of our hybrid winds!

First up we've got a @schecterguitarsofficial Reaper 7MS set, but it looks a little weird huh? This one's lefty! That's right, we can and do build left handed multiscale sets, as rare as that is 🙂

This set features a ceramic Trident 2/Hellfire Hybrid bridge, an A5 Trident 1 neck, black hex poles, and black fiberboard top.

The other pickup is a @kieselguitars optimized Trident I/II Hybrid bridge, with matte black bobbins, black hex poles, and a ceramic bar magnet.

The support I've gotten since going full time has been incredible, I've got plenty of work in the queue, and a dedication to getting these orders done in a timely manner. Build time has been cut in half since going full time, and in some cases cut by two thirds. Hoping to continue to optimize my workflow and build up a list of models I can have on hand, ready to go, in the near future. Bass pickups are still coming to the website, although progress on that is a little slower since the queue is booming. Thanks everyone for your continued support, means everything to me. Liking, commenting, and sharing still helps a tremendous amount as well, thank you all for that.

This Sentinel bridge, Javelin set got optioned with brushed Sentinel rails, matte black bobbins, an A5 neck pickup, and black hex poles in the Javelin. Customer also needed direct mount, so the tabs have been modified to be triangular, as well as drilled out for direct mounting.

The Hellfire set was optioned with white bobbins, black hex poles, triple ceramic bridge and A5 neck. White with black hex is one of my favorite standard looks, just always so aggressive but classic.

Made a custom mount for the custom 5 string J style bass set I'm wrapping up, came out pretty cool so figured I'd share.

Already heard how these pickups sound, and yeah I love them, can't wait to record a demo for them, should have that by tomorrow.

These are hum canceling, use 1/4" A5 slugs, and are wound with both 42 and 43AWG wire. The 3 string 42AWG coil is staggered between the two pickups, and while they're wound the same, this staggered setup means the customer could swap the pickup positions around and get a different sound. I'm all about giving customers options.

This @officialibanezguitars optimized RGMS8 set features our Hellfire wind, with triple ceramic magnets in the bridge position, A5 in the neck position, black hex poles, and black fiberboard tops.

I wish more companies would make proper multiscale pickups like this one, custom fit bobbins always look so much better than soapbar or rail pickups. The RGMS7 is the same way, and I appreciate it.

If you have a favorite multiscale guitar, what is it? I love the RGMS7 personally, but I'm a sucker for a good RG.

Clear bobbins are always fun, but they're made even more fun with a black chrome open faced cover.

This pickup was custom ordered with a wind I don't even offer anymore, the K2A. This wind packs a scorching 27k DCR coil with an A2 magnet, giving the pickup a medium output and great clarity when the gain is cranked. Customer also wanted black nickel slugs in the south coil and black hex in the north coil.

Decided to make a really quick demo before I ship this order. This was recorded using Fortin Nameless X and NTS suite, EZ Drummer 3, and I used my Yamaha BB235 for the bass line.

Would you mess with a super high wind, medium output pickup like the K2A?

What should have been an easy set has been the bane of my existence for the last week. These letters were the cutouts from the original FUCK TRUMP set, and the FUCK TRUMP pickup came out great first try, but I've had to remake the ABOLISH MAGA top 3 times now.

Still, these came out amazing. Customer spec'd black chrome open faced covers, Javelin wind, and A5 magnets in both positions.

Instagram keeps removing the text for my posts, so I have to edit it in after the fact, which is super fucking frustrating. Sharing this post will help me defeat the draconian algorithm, so please consider giving it a share.

Decided to make a video of me practicing one of my

Decided to make a video of me practicing one of my bands more challenging songs, Godless and Wicked by Blood Coven, the full 6:21 video is up now on YT.

I'm using my 1993 Ibanez SR885 for this video, it's loaded with a custom J/MM hybrid humbucker set. Each pickup has a mix of 10mm A5 poles and 3/16” A5 poles, I built them with radiused quilted maple tops stained blue, and also built a radiused ramp that I installed in between the pickups.

The strings are @sitstrings flats with a 0.130 low string, tuned C standard. Amp is my Fender Rumble 350 running direct into my interface, and they only effect in the chain is compression.

As ever, any interaction you can give to my posts is always appreciated, my business lives and dies by the algorithm in this current technofuedalist hellscape we find ourselves in. I'm doing my best to branch out to hopefully get out of algorithmic hell, but still need your help to do that. Thanks for everything 🤘

In this video I go through the build process on a 7 string Tele style pickup set, built to fit in a humbucker routed guitar. Video is around 25 minutes long, and features music by me. I also mention what kind of content is coming up at the end of the video.

Been working on this order for a bit this week, took a little longer than expected, but I also filmed my first YouTube video with the Tele set.

That will come out a bit later, right now it's a bit over half an hour of raw footage, but I'll walk you through the custom pickup making process, a little behind the scenes look at my job. If that video does well I'll wind up doing more build videos, I've got several non-standard builds that could be pretty interesting.

On this order, customer ordered a Tele set, and when I emailed the customer to check baseplate fitment, expecting to build a standard Tele set, customer informed me the guitar was an RG7, so I was able to change the design to fit in a standard humbucker. There's a lot of air space in the neck pickup, so I stuff the open space with foam so when I wax potted the pickup the wax would stay in. I'll show more when I drop the YouTube video, but this was a fun build. I love doing non-standard stuff like this.

Same customer also ordered a 7 string noiseless HSP90 set with A5 magnets, and an A5 Javelin bridge, both having black hex poles and black fiberboard tops.

These are on their way to Canada currently, can't wait to hear what the customer thinks 🤘
