I've got a secret, but you'll have to read to the end of the post to know what it is.

Been slacking on posting finished orders, so here's a bunch!

First up is a set for @xolocustomguitars

This set features our Trident 2 wind, black hex poles, and midnight black acrylic tops.

Second set is a @strandbergguitars optimized Trident 2/Hellfire hybrid set, ceramic bridge and A5 neck, and black hex poles.

Third order is also another Strandberg optimized set, a bridge Trident 2/Hellfire Hybrid with the same specs as the second set.

4th order is a @kieselguitars optimized Valkyrie bridge, with A5 magnet and nickel flathead pole pieces .

5th order is a standard Trident 2 bridge, ceramic magnet, black and cream zebra, with nickel hex poles.

And last but not least is a 7 string noiseless HSP90, with black hex poles and A2 magnets. This features our proprietary noiseless design, and captures the pure P90 tone like no other noiseless P90 can.

The secret I mentioned above is that anyone who orders a P90/HSP90 will be getting a noiseless pickup at the standard HSP90 pricing up until the new noiseless model fully launches. This is a great way to get a discounted price on the new design, once it launches the price will be going up to reflect the difficulty and extra costs involved with the new design.

Here's all the baseplates and tops I cut this weekend, anyone see your order?

I wanted to let everyone know I've fallen a bit behind, last year was my best year on record, especially during the winter, and it's been difficult to keep up. I'm at a difficult point where I need a helper, but being able to afford a helper is a different story. And I of course still work a day job, so time is always limited. Right now I'm working on December orders, but should have December cleared out soon, thanks to all this fiberboard and my 3d printers getting some of the work done for me.

All that to say, I'm really grateful for the support I got this year past year. I took a big risk putting my politics out into the open, but I know that I'm on the right side of history, and will continue to stand up for what I think is right. The support I've gotten has given me a lot of hope that we will win.

Here's a couple other sets I've finished this week.

First set is a @schecterguitarsofficial optimized set for the Reaper 7MS. This set features our Trident I wind, ceramic bar magnets, black hex poles, and fiberboard tops. I feel like I make more Reaper 7MS sets than any other model nowadays, seems to be a very popular guitar.

The other set is a Valkyrie wind, with black and white zebra bobbins, ceramic bridge, A5 neck, and black hex poles. Always love a classic zebra look.

Check out this J/P 4 string bass set I finished last night.

This set features a noiseless J bridge and P neck, large A5 poles, a 44awg wind in the bridge and 43awg in the neck, with black fiberboard tops and a proprietary shape for an upcoming @prophecyinstruments build.

Can't wait to see the bass Nick puts these in, the design is so cool.

This set can feature any wind and magnet configuration you'd like, a choice of chrome or black chrome open faced covers, and can be built in other form factors besides 6 string as well, sans open faced covers.

Can also do any color options or font you'd like, just kept simple for this first set.

This time, 2x the custom shop fee will be donated to the National Immigration Law Center, an organization that does a lot to help immigrants legally, which is key to defeating ICE's objectives. Together, we can make a difference for people who need it AND improve your tone 🤘

Wrapped up an order for @akm_guitarworks this afternoon.

This order was for 3 multiscale mini hum-single sets. Two of them feature chopped carbon fiber tops, while the third set features black fiberboard tops.

The humbucker is wound with the full Trident 2/Hellfire hybrid wind, with ceramic bar magnets and black hex poles, while the neck single is a complimentary wind featuring our dragged A5 pole pieces.

Can't wait to see the builds these will go in, Alex does such cool work.

Finished up a 5 string P Bass pickup yesterday, while my dog watched me judgingly.

This pickup features a 43AWG wind on the 2 string coil, and a 42AWG wind on the 3 string coil. It also features doubled up 1/4” poles and black fiberboard tops. Measures around 12k DCR. I basically duplicated what I did in my 5 string Broadbass, which came out sounding really rad, great punch and depth.

Really cool @ormsbyguitars optimized set came off the bench today.

This set features Pale Moon Ebony tops, ceramic Hellfire wind in the bridge, and A5 TAP single coil.

It's been a heavy few weeks watching the federal government wage civil war on its own people, unprovoked. RIP Renee Good, Alex Pretti, Keith Porter, and everyone who has been murdered in ICE custody. This government is corrupt to its core, and the victims all deserved better. We will win, but it won't be without a fight, and will need the sort of community cooperation we're seeing in Minneapolis. This is just the beginning. Stay strong.

Thanks @knightroexpress for sending this clip of the new noiseless P90 over, this sounds great!

This is in the neck position, and this particular build features both an A5 and A2 magnet, chrome cover, and is paired with an A5 Javelin in the bridge position. This video had the pickup in parallel, but @knightroexpress has a series/parallel push-pull knob on the guitar.

In the meantime, still working away at the queue, here's two orders I wrapped up this weekend.

The funniest thing about this post by Lucas is he talks about besmirching his reputation, my post was literally just a screenshot of his own words. Lucas clearly recognizes his own words besmirch his reputation, which is a shocking level of self awareness from a person like Lucas.

Today I decided instead of just donating the custom shop fee to The Trevor Project, I'd double that donation, and donate $100 each time I make a Progress Flag set.

With the news that the government is going to start coming after "radical gender ideology groups," it's time we stand up, put our money where our mouth is, and support and defend our LGBTQ+ friends. I'm proud to know so many great trans people, people who are just trying to live their damned lives, as well as gay, queer, asexual people, and any combination of those terms.

I will say this unapologetically, trans rights are human rights, and we will defeat anyone who tries to destroy our trans friends.

If there are any good LGBTQ+ legal groups to donate to, leave them in the comments and I will check them out. I'm committed to this cause, because this government wants trans people wiped out, and someone needs to stand up.

It's true, I can't stop thinking about pickups, to the point I'm going absolutely crazy with new ideas and inventions. There's a lot of stuff coming in the pipeline, but for now, here's an absolutely astounding koa topped @kieselguitars fitment 8 string set.

This set features our Valkyrie wind, some stunning flamed koa tops, gold hex poles, A5 bridge magnet and A2 neck magnet.

Hopefully I can find a cure for my PDS, it's debilitating having all this stuff going around in my brain at all times!

In case you thought I didn't work on pickups anymore, here's two of the 4 sets I worked on tonight.

These are heading to @deangordonguitars, at least one of them headed for NAMM in January, be sure to check out his guitars if you're going to NAMM! Some of the best guitars on the planet, Dean is an artist, and an absolutely awesome luthier, not to mention all around awesome dude.

Both sets feature our Valkyrie wind, black hex poles, A5 bridge magnet, and A2 neck magnet. This magnet configuration was one I came up specifically for Dean, to suit his tonal goals for his incredible guitars, and he liked it so much it became a standard option on the website.
